Not Right Now

Okay I know I haven't been updating as often as I used to and I feel really bad when days go by and there's nothing new for folks to read. I've been travelling a lot this month (Nashville, Albany, Bumblefuck, MI), plus my job is making me work whenever I am in town. All of my spare time is focused on finding a new job, pursuing professional writing endeavors, and maintaining basic hygiene. I still distract myself periodically from 9 to 5 by reading several blogs a day, but I just don't have the time to really take the ideas in my head and make them sound remotely engrossing in print. I'll be back to my regular routine as soon as everything calms down. In the meantime enjoy the archives if you haven't done so already. If you already have, do it again damn it.

  4. Yeah, jailbait and I both know that bathing, brushing teeth, combing hair, and general human decency is accomplished only when anticipating the company of a man--which due to your location and circumstances is VERY rare.

  8. What I think the problem is - is that you overestimate what us, your readers, want from you. We love reading the 3 part series, but a simple funny recap of the day is more than enough. So cut the sh*t and get back to blogging. MWAH!

  10. *snort* @ Jali. :-)

I hate it when work actually makes me work. It doesn't seem natural, somehow.

  11. I agree with cece.

The three part stuff is good, but it's good to only give little tidbits every now and then.

  15. cry me a river!! that was a cute little...excuse. and we all know what excuses are. or do we? anyway, like some of ur other blog-addicts have already stated, and quite eloquently i might add, just a lil bit would be great. spare us the recap of ur neverending passion for free food though. nevermind. lets not get back into that, not now anyway. how bout u tell us about how ur bumper and a racoon got in a fight...and the racoon won. lol. ok, so he didnt really win, but ur car definitely didnt win either. alright...i reckon thats enough for now. stop screenin my calls and answer already...damn!!

ps--i dont know if ur interested, but sports illustrated has this nifty miami heat commemerative bundle thingy. u should check it out...

  16. Like TIFF, I read your archives the first day I found your blog! Perhaps you can do what some authors do and post some of your Juvenilia. I’d love to know what you were writing about when you were younger!
